[RBS] Kindle Advice, please

KosherOnABudget.com alerted me to a deal on a 7" Kindle HD on Amazon.com
(US $159) -- any issues with using a Kindle from here in Israel?
Restrictions on access to content here?  I'm an old-fashioned ink-on-paper
book person, but want an English language e-reader for the daily commute to
Yerushalayim and back.  I've read reviews, and am persuaded to try a Kindle
-- just want to ask if there are content access issues here.  Thanks in
