[RBS] Seeking help: chayalim bodedim who can't get boded status!

We have had a chayal kind of  living with us for nearly  a year.
He has been trying to  obtain chayal boded
status and has been sent on a ridiculous run around that has frustrated all
of us who are  trying to help him.  To date he still receives only the small
army
stipend given to any soldier and though we welcome him with open arms, he
deserves to have a proper place to live and put his stuff. 

This past weekend, over RH /shabbos, we had another chayal stay by us with a
similar story.  Does anyoen know to whom we can appeal to help these boys
get
the status they deserve?  To get the chayal boded status they should have
had
many months  ago ??
 They are giving good service  to the country and the country is failing
them.
