[RBS] Unsolicited recommendation: JBC Books

Yesterday at 4pm I called Michael to see if I could get a certain machzor before the chag. He wasnt sure, but just 7 minutes later, called back to say absolutely 'yes' and that he would bring it by himself - which he did that evening.

Since coming to this country 19 years ago, my expectations regarding customer service has been majorly reduced. 
Its great to see that "real" customer service still exists.
