[RBS] Misrad Hapanim

Does anyone know for sure whether Misrad Hapanim in Beit Shemesh is open and if so :
 
A)  Are they still in the same offices
B)  What are their hours
 
Alternatively, does anyone know how to get travel documents if needed urgently?
