[RBS] Moshe Braun Art Chug for Boys ages 10-11

The Chug will focus on fundamentals of drawing, two-dimensional design,
color and painting. Ample opportunity will be given to explore different
types of media and materials, such as different drawing leads, pen and ink,
watercolor, colored pencil, gouache, egg tempera and more!. Exercises and
projects will impart both technical skills and tools for creative thinking.
Past projects have included drawing from still-life, landscapes,
portraiture, comic-book creation, story illustration, making a bookstamp,
Yom Tov themed artwork and greeting cards, color theory and painting on
klaff. Peer critique and constructive criticism will help to encourage
positive communication skills. Ample free time will also be given to allow
participants to draw and create on their own.


Chug will meet Tuesdays from 6:40 to 7:40 pm at Moshe Braun's studio. The
cost is NIS 135 per month, with a one-time supply fee of NIS 225. The Chug
will meet for the school calendar year until the beginning of Av 5774.
