[RBS] erev heikerut - art, music HS for girls

New art and  music ulpena (Haleli) opening in giv'at washington
they will be starting with grades 9 and 10
if there are ten girls from BS/ RBS, there can be a hasaa.  Thy also have
dorms
Erev Hekeirut for parents and girls tomorrow night (plus interviews)

if there is enough interest, they will have an evening here in BS, but they
recommend not missing the initial meeting tomorrow .
