The Ramat Beit Shemesh Foundation's senior department "Sweet 60's+ club"
has started its yearly cycle.
Note: This year’s program is running mondays and thursdays
Full mornings from 9:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M.
Subsidized monthly fee includes *all* activities.
Official language is English.
The"Sweet 60's+ club" is composed of active bright and friendly women who
come together to learn grow spiritually, have fun, interact socially and
give to others. It’s an unbelievable resource center of talents and
strengths personified by each and every one of our members and we await for
you to join the club and discover how sweet the sixties plus can be!

The Beit Yaakov “Ko Tomar” warmly welcomes the "Sweet 60's+ club" to their
spacious campus which offers a beautiful social area, English and Hebrew
library, cooking demonstration room, Gym room, Computer room and Green
areas.


Our all-encompassing program includes a wide variety of activities
including:

Mondays:
Exercise,Connective writing- connecting to yourself and others through
creative writing, Sparrow, Sycamore and Sage- Exploring the Great Outdoors.

Thursdays:
Total Body Workout- Cardio and Strength, Brain Booster- Memory improvement
Skills, Puppetry.

Future activities:
Social activities, Shiurim of interest,  Crafting, Discussion
Groups, Library and Book club, Culinary events, Halacha Courses,
Computer courses, Entertainment and Shows, Gardening, Tehillim
Group, Health and nutrition coferences, Guest Speakers, Current events,
Forming Committees
to help the Community, Yearly Trip.
