There are plans that are now in the final stages of approval to build a 7 story 106 unit elder living facility on the emptly lot on nachal dolev (officially known as Dolev 68).<BR>
This building is beyond what the area was originally zoned for. The contractor for the building is yesodot tzur. <BR>
<BR>
We as a community have 14 days to submit objections to the iriyah at 8 nachal soreq. <BR>
<BR>
There are a few signs posted on the fence of the lot for those who want to see it.<BR>
<BR>
We have put together a google group where everyone concerned can share info and work together.<BR>
<BR>
Please join the list so we can stop this before our neighborhood is in the shadow of the building.<BR>
