Osher Od is not doing this at the moment because of lack of manpower. Other priorities like stacking shelves, restocking, check out, etc. Does Best take picadon containers or any makolet or grocery? Any enterprising young person out there to collect the bottles and turn the money over to Ezrat Achim or Lema'an achai? Ilene

Somebody, please, tell me where to give women's clothing and shoes for FREE, not to a gemach where one must pay for it, no matter how little the amount because what evacuee has money? Also, I have coloring pencils and pens and coloring books to give away, and A LOT of English books for adults and children (not necessarily Jewish themed) and a stack of Smithsonian magazines. I think Ezrat Achim and Lema'an Achai are overwhelmed right now,( maybe not, tell me) for me to just drop the stuff off. Thanks, I need to do this this week.Ilene

Due to the current situation, we have decided to delay the annual Likrat Kallah event and have tentatively reset the date for Monday, December 4, Beezrat H-shem! We will update you if anything changes. Likrat Kallah, a proud project of Lemaan Achai, has merited to help 6177 brides over the last 19 years. Each year after Sukkot, we begin our major fundraising campaign with our wonderful Chinese auction.
