Monday at 4:05 pm and will lain Veyechal and the Chazan will say Aneinu

When the Jewish people are experiencing a עת צרה there is a chiyuv for
every Jew to cry out to the Hakadosh Baruch Hu and to do teshuva, as stated
by the Rambam at the beginning of the הלכות תענית. In light of this, the
Chief Rabbinate has decided to establish a worldwide day of prayer, calling
on all Jews, wherever they may be, to participate in communal prayer. The
global day of prayer will take place on the evening of the 29th of
Cheshvan, 5784.
In addition to the יום תפילה on Monday, it is appropriate for those who
can, to fast (clearly excluding soldiers currently in the army). Most of
the following are the words of Rabbi Hershel Schecter שליטא : "And it is
appropriate to fast this Monday Yom Kippur Katan Erev Rosh Chodesh Kislev.
If it is difficult to fast the entire day one should at least try to fast
for half the day until chatzot (11:26 am in Beit Shemesh)."
Those who intend to fast this Monday should accept upon themselves the fast
day at the end of Mincha Shemonei Esrei on Sunday afternoon.
For those who are fasting tomorrow either a half day or a full day please
remember to accept the fast during Mincha in אלוקי נצור before the second
יהיו לרצון. Most Sidurim have a special Nusach which starts with the words
רבון העולמים which can be found under the אלוקי נצור. Please specify chatzi
Yom if you are fasting a half a day. Chatzot tomorrow is at 11:26.
Hakadosh Baruch should answer all our Tefilot and we should merit to see
great miracles and a complete victory for Am Yisrael.
