[RBS] Looking for a recommendation for a new cell phone

Posting for a friend - please reply to email below: I am looking for a new cell phone.  Only because my old one just died.  I want one that is really simple.  I only need it to get calls, text messages- incoming and outgoing, camera, and has good sound.  And hopefully with an instruction manual in English.
