[RBS] Seeking someone to bring my license from RBS Alef to DC Area

Hi Everyone!    I left my driver's license on Dolev and need it in the USA (Baltimore/DC area).   I need it by July 3.  I am seeking someone to either: 1- pick it up from Dolev and bring it to the Baltimore/DC area and I will pick it up (or bring it  anywhere in the US if they are willing to FEDEX it to me and I will of course pay for the shipping and time). 2 - get it from Dolev and drop it off at the FedEx office (right near the airport).   Again I will pay for shipping and time.
