I am opening some more yoga classes next week!
Please let me know what time, day and location is best for you!!
No long term commitment is required. I only ask for a commitment of one month (and you can decide after the first class).
They will be either on a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday morning- or evening.
Learn the benefits of a wonderful yoga workout. Get in tune with your body, build strength and flexibility and enjoy deep relaxation. It's a beginner's/intermediate class but all levels are welcome- as well as prenatal students.
These are small private groups limited to 6 students a class. The price is 50-60 shekels per class.
Private individual classes available too as well as coaching.
