Your son will: *Learn proper form to exercise safely *Gain strength/energy and build muscle *Master effective techniques for all muscle groups *Be motivated to integrate fitness into weekly schedule *Acquire a boost in confidence and self esteem
Forty shekels per session (fifty min). First session as trial for forty shekel, after that Minimum four session commitment
Late afternoon hours/evenings available Friday afternoon
