[RBS] ENGLISH SPEAKING APPLIANCE STORE PERSONNEL?

My cousin is making aliyah and looking to equip her apartment but every appliance place she went to was a difficult place for her to understand what was being said or what the contract said. She would like a reliable appliance store used to English speakers. She is also looking for aronim. I told her about IKEA but she said it was too expensive. Any suggestion?
