The only half sour pickles I've found locally are from Glick's that are sold in the refrigeration section of many Anglo-market oriented and Shabbos-food stores. However I have been in touch with the owner and he hasn't made half-sours in a while and has no current expected date (he explained it is due to their shorter shelf life). Hopefully after Pesach. Prohibition Pickle (not local) also makes them and delivers, but there is a minimum for delivery.
