[RBS] drivers license question

Hi Anyone transfer over their foreign license to Israeli, beyond the time allowance? I have a question- I did all the channels - theory test, lessons and driving test. Now I am waiting to get my license. I have tried paying for it on the misrad harishui website and it says my info is not in the system. I called the number *5678 and they also said I should wait a few more days. It has been 48 hours. Is this normal? Any steps I am missing? Any info would be appreciated! thanks, Sarete
