[RBS] "City Car" vs. "My Car" - recommendation

Do you have a recommendation, preference, advice, and/or tips regarding "City Car" vs. "My Car"?

I've seen vehicles for both companies on the streets of RBSa. Ease of rental? English option? Hidden charges? Other?
