It matters to the couple who came to us from the South. A bomb exploded right behind the groom’s home in Netivot, causing the family to evacuate for several months, leaving their source of parnassa behind while simultaneously preparing for their son’s upcoming wedding.
It matters to Nechama, from a family of 11 children. Her father is ill, receiving treatments in the hospital, unable to work and provide for his family.
It matters to Rivka, who also comes from a family of 11 children. One of her siblings is autistic and suffers from epilepsy. The family’s focus Is on attending to the needs of this special-needs child, often at the cost of being able to provide for the other children in the family.
