[RBS] Anyone familiar with Ramla?

Need to be in Ramla Sunday at about 11:45am (Rechov HaYatzira-next to Max Stock).

- What is the best way to get there by public transportation (leaving from RBS A)? (I've looked it up on Google Maps, but it gives a bunch of options.)

- Is that an Arab neighborhood (or close to one)? Does one have to go through an Arab neighborhood? How safe is it in that area (or getting to that area)?

- How is the morning commute there and the afternoon/evening commute back (in general) if one were to work there?
