[RBS] Whatsapp restore?

Are you able, or can you recommend a cellphone store that can restore Whatsapp? I have a phone that ran out of internal memory, and it seems like WhatsApp cleared all the messages, from the app (but the phone memory is still full, so I suspect the files are still there). All leads appreciated,
