To my dear fellow residents:

This is a warning NOT TO PARK across the street from the New Mall on the corner of Menchem Porash Street - in what looks like a parking area - as there are cars parked there - but is really considered a sidewalk by the iriyah and the fine is 500 NIS! There is a bike path which is probably why there are ramps which look like cars can go park there - if anyone knows how to fight city hall please be in touch - they should put a no parking sign there since so many people think it's a parking area!
