We are looking for a company/individual who can “assess” the situation and needs of an elderly couple to make their apartment (and life) more safe. E.g. they would know what changes need to be made to the bathroom/shower (put up rails, change bathtub to walk in shower, make slip proof); different types of “panic” buttons (which these days probably is some sort of smart/specialized watch) in case they fall or other emergency situations, etc.. We are looking for someone who specifically specializes in the elderly. At this point, we are not necessarily looking for a company/kablan to do the work, just consultants to tell us what needs to be done and what the various options are.

Any other or particular suggestions/advice is much appreciated as well (e.g. someone who recently has done this for an elderly couple).
