Hi; There is one step missing in the voting instructions below. Completed Ballots MUST be placed in a blank envelope and that envelope is sealed and placed in the outer envelope.  Cut out the front of the envelope format (which was included in the emailed ballot pdf), which has the address of your Board of Election on it and a postage paid ensignia.  Scotch tape the format  on to the outer envelope.
