SOLVED Failed to pass parameter to module in initramfs stage - "watiting for root file system" problem

With no help from community I solved the main problem ( ide disk device 
created) by setting CONFIG_HOTPLUG in kernel configuration.
Why IDE need HOTPLUG - Gd knows. ???
