[OT] PDF signing using PHP script

I have a PHP script running on Linux host that creates PDF documents
(actually I am now writing it) the PDF's are created using a free library
named FPDF.
I would like to add digital signature to the PDF document.
The only solutions I found are commercial closed source, does someone know a
free (as in free speech) solution?
