Little note ,
The extra charge (from bezeq) in 02 is for some special numbers (the
one that are in PalTel region and Jawal).
So you think you call a 02 (Isrealy phone number in Jerusalem area ) but
actually call Rammala.
You get the "place" by the first 3-4 numbers in the landlines number
(few years ago it was the number distribution system don't know if it
still applies).
Also special first number (0x-2) is some times used as PalTal phone numbers.
