They are not the only ones who sometimes play games. About 3 years ago I upgraded ADSL with Bezeq from 750 to 1.5. At least I thought that I did; well after checking the download speed I found that they hadn't but charged me for the 1.5 MB rate. As soon as I contact 166 they checked and found that yes I was right; I got a credit out of them and the following year squeezed them a little harder for a good rate when upgrading to 2.5 MB. You can check your Download and Upload speeds very easily at:http://www.speedtest.net/index.php
Left click on the yellow pyramid to do this and watch the man send and receive; you will see two clocks showing what is happening. It pays to do this occasionally it wakes up the server.Moshehttp://moshe.lee.co.il

They violate the terms of service. They have to connect you immediately. They should have done conference call and see who is to blame.

Thanks, Sara. I do not want to sue them but as they refused to
disconnect me I am writing a nice long letter telling them that I will
take the matter to court if they do not disconnect me willingly. I
cannot believe that they would ruin their reputation over this. If
they would have just disconnected me they would not have even lost me
as a customer: surely I would come crawling back after getting burned
by Nezeq sometime. But now? I'll never go back to Netvision.
