Some Free call tricks to the USA on SIP (+asterisk trick)

 1.  Free calls to U.S. Toll Free numbers (1-800, 888, 877, 866).  Use the following SIP registration:

sip/164164$OUTNUM$@sip.tollfreegateway.com  (You can create an Asterisk Trunk for all 1800/888/877/866 using this registartion string.

2. Free 5 minute calls to any US number and most Int'l landlines.  Call 1-800-FREE-411.  (1-800-373-3411) using the above method.  There is an option for a free call up to 5 minutes in the menu.

3.  If you have Google voice (sign up for an invitation) and Gizmo (free signup)...you can use some tricks to place direct calls to the USA for free from an Asterisk box:  http://nerdvittles.com/?p=605
