Hi Noam,
I recommend you contact Gilad Ben-Yosef (just google the name) - he is
a real pro, both on the technical side and on lecturing about Linux
Kerenl. I've been to some of his lectures, i really think he just
great - and on top he is a nice guy too.
I'm not affiliated to him on any level.
