Easy to use Nokia Sync

Hi,

I am looking for an easy to use GUI based interface for managing and backuping 
the contacts and calendar of Nokia phones - those that cannot use Google 
Sync, due to network or other issues.

For example phones such as:
 * Nokia 6680

I have seen several posts regarding obex - but that is for files and has 
little if any capabilities of managing the contacts/calendar
