Please recommend a web host in Israel

hi folks,
has anyone used vpslink.com? i got a recommendation for them but i was
wondering about response times from israel.

ps. i second dotan cohen about netvision, they took a wild turn
downwards both in customer service and support a while ago, i think
after they merged with barak.
