Idea: "Welcome to Open Source" instead of "Welcome to Linux" this year

"Welcome to FOSS" may have been a name I used out of convenience. We can call 
it "Welcome to Open Source" or "Welcome to Open Source Software", etc. Many 
people have heard about "Open Source".
