It appears that the page is being automatically translated via Google
Translate by the forum software, simply because you have /iw/ ( = hebrew )
in the URL. Change the iw to 'fr' and you get the same page in French, etc
etc.

It is there simply because the site, unix.com, has a high PR. The page is
known to Google by (probably) inter-site linking, and... there you go! :)
