Translation of Nadav's message: "It would be nice if you include the prize 
itself in the messages."

Well, I'm not sure about that. After all, the important thing is that the 
recipients of the prize were acknowledged and commended for their 
contributions, not that they got a sheeva plug (whatever that is exactly). Of 
course, you are free to add it. I copy, pasted and modified some information 
from Hamakor's wiki, so I think it's CC-by-sa, but I'm not sure.

I got another commentary about the document in private, but the email suffered 
from bad formatting, and I'm not sure I agree with it. I can try giving it to 
other people I know with good English for review, but I think that otherwise 
it's good enough as it is, and I'd like to publicise it on my blog as is. And 
other people are free to improve on it for subsequent versions.
