Recommendation for a Commercial Subversion (= "svn") hosting

Hi all!

For maintaining the sources of http://www.shlomifish.org/ (and some other
stuff) I've been using a Subversion ( http://subversion.tigris.org/ )
repository on https://opensvn.csie.org/ , which is free-of-charge and allows
any legal content. However, it is slow (due to the fact that it's hosted in a
Taiwanese university) and has been suffering from many quirks lately. Since
the sources of my homepage are public but not necessarily open-source/open-
content (and may even have some vestiges of being private, personal and/or
secret) I'd like to find a commercial service and not one of them open source
software hubs like sourceforge.net , berlios.de , Google Code , github , etc.
I'm willing to pay.

Currently, my copy of the repository is 68 MB in size (FSFS), so I think up to
300 MB or so will be enough for the near future. What I need is:

1. Public http:// and Read-Write https:// access.

2. Fast connection and responsive service.

3. A good, simple and responsive web-interface for managing user accounts.

4. Allow me to have several svn repositories.

5. Not very costly.

6. Good experience with them.

What I don't need are extras like Trac, a bug tracker, etc. I also don't need
compressed svn dumps because I can use svnsync.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Regards,

	Shlomi Fish
