Speaking of alternatives - I'm looking at Netcomm NP201AV
(http://www.netcomm.com.au/netcomm-products/ethernet-over-power/np201av)
and NP285AV (http://www.netcomm.com.au/netcomm-products/ethernet-over-power/np201av)
as a possible solution for Ethernet-over-Power to connect my TV/PVR in
the living room to the ADSL modem on the other side of the home.
You can get them for lower price on eBay but again - not sure what's
the point when he already has wired Ethernet.
