[OT] Israeli Android forum

Hello,

I though that I saw an online Israeli Android forum while digging the web a
few weeks ago but now that I have a question to ask there I can't find it
any more.

Can someone here who's familiar with a good place to ask Israel+Android
questions (specifically - I wonder whether Samsung's "Navigon" will work in
Israel) please send me a pointer?
