My sister is using them if I'm not mistaken. They had to upgrade the network
speed to get things to work reliably. It is taking up part of the bandwidth as
well, but I think that it's working ok apart for that.

I'm using hot and it's usually ok and doesn't work over the standard network.
Occasionally we the voice in one of the directions fades though so one sides
doesn't hear the call (usually during winter) and it does require a modem, not
sure how much electricity it takes in terms of monthly cost though.

I'm only using phone and internet, no tv so I did get that bogus threat call
saying that they see lights in the local switchboard telling them that I'm
watching tv which did get me mad at them (technically impossible to know
externally even if I was ...).

In terms of call quality I was happier with nezeq, but can't be bothered to go
back at the moment and their abuse when I asked to disconnect was also a turn
off.
