Free software service providers

Free software service providers

You're right about the comments/review part, but its out of our scope
(at the time being).

The goal of the list is to expose the fact that there is an business
community around free software that can give services. When talking
with large organizations or governmental entities the question about
"who can support us" often comes up. The answer can't be "ask for
volunteers" and should be "just choose a service provider".

Having a list of such providers will help not only giving the
"correct" answer, but also showing the way. Don't forget that some
people still need to see others adopt free software before doing that
themselves.

p.s.
About the case you mentioned, I can just comment that there's an
asterisk company on the list.
