Right - in Israel in the Diaspora both the parashot and holidays are
slightly different in subtle ways, but both have clear rules. All these
means is that whatever code or file you have will need to have two options:
jewish_diaspora and jewish_israel. Just like the "spanish" locale has
different versions for Spain and Argentina, with subtle differences between
them - which to the people of these places don't look all that subtle.
