[ Completely OT] Advice on Value Assessment

Hello,

I turn to you because I value your input and advice...

I have a book collection and a stamp collection, and I'd like to get an
assessment of their value.

I just don't know who to turn to and who to trust.

Can any one on this list recommend someone (preferably in Haifa)?
