Hebrew Linux Recipe App?

Hey all,

Any of you know of a recipe application I can use on my Ubuntu box in
Hebrew?

I tried Gourmet, but the Hebrew translation isn't finished yet.

Also, I don't know how to start a specific application in Hebrew when my
Locale is set to English...
