[OT] Did anyone was able to charge spammers ?

Hi ,

I'm getting too much phone calls  from pelephone and HOT,
While I did say to them (verbally) and via electronic options (email
&& twitter) they still spam me.

I noticed that some of the people on linux-il using stuff like
http://www.zak.co.il/spamwarning.html:
but can I actually send an invoice and go to הוצעה לפועל using this
kind of work ?

after reading a  on 2jk[1] about the abuility to get money from your
customers via court I start to wonder if zak like approach is even
possible.

because of spammers I actually set up an anti spam rules in opensips
few years ago ,

but now I can't use them as there is no definitive rule for commercial
level numbers (קומה) :
like 0XX - YYZZ
where YYZZ is a level (one and two) for leading numbers.
