OK, I'll remove the "percent" from the expression "138% percent" (thanks for
the correction). However it is a 138% improvement:

shlomif:~$ perl -E 'say +(224/94-1)*100'
138.297872340426
shlomif:~$ perl -E 'say 94*(138/100+1)'
223.72
[/shell]
You can see this is the case by considering the fact that the speed of the
program is measured as an inverse of the run-time.
