I would introduce them to Linux world from their point of view - Cellphones.
You can talk about the history of Linux in a lite way, but the main
will start with
Android OS and how Google arrived there. Then show some modding of Android,
to show how customizable is Linux, and how the power is in their hands.
13 year old are smart, and probably they know a lot about Linux.
Richard and Linus are worth knowing about, and how this kids are using
their work.
Most likely not all the kids will be interested, but take care that
few will be inspired,
and thats all you need.
I would like to here this lecture too :-)
