Sorry for appearing dense, this is certainly not my forte, but I assume that
you have looked at something like kaddressbook and discarded it, right? I
have not used it for ages, I have never used it seriously, nor have I ever
tried Hebrew, but given that it is a KDE app I should think Hebrew can be
configured, there are custom fields, etc, etc.
