WinTV PVR-150 is an analog PVR card.
Stan was asking for a Digital terrestrial card.
Analog is going to die soon, and its frequencies are planned to be reused
for more digital channels.
In fact, the last official date for Analog turn-off is 2-2-2011 (yes, 10
days from now!)
