askubuntu.com-like site in Hebrew

It might depends on personal taste, but I really find the forums style of
stackoverflow.com/stackexchange.com appealing and helpful. Especially if I
have a question once in a while, and thus I don't want to register with the
project's mailing list.

Is there a "askubuntu.com" style (not necessarily for ubuntu, but for Linux
in Israel, generally speaking) website in Hebrew?
