cacti / Nagios/ICINGA - graphs and monitoring

Hi,

A friend of mine is looking for an application which can do "impressive
graphs" and gives the Nagios/ICINGA functionality in 1 package, and it
should also be easy to install/use/understand (he's not a person who
understand things very deep).

Does anyone has any idea which app should I recommend him?
